Technology now plays a massive part in the construction of golf equipment. Founders Club have always been at the forefront of technological advancements in golf clubs and are still creating new designs and innovations to make the game more enjoyable for every golfer.
Double SoleThe reason behind Double Sole Technology is actually very simple. Weight has been moved away from the face area and re-located further back in the head. This creates the distinctive hole design and provides many benefits. Firstly, as the centre of gravity is moved further back in the clubhead the size of sweet spot increases to give more forgiveness on off-centre hits. The moving of weight away from the face also increases the MOI (Moment Of Inertia) to resist club head twisting on shots struck from the heel or toe of the golf club. Overall, whether this technology features on woods, irons or utility clubs, you get a more powerful ball flight, with more accuracy, distance and forgiveness - You can see why it has been such a success! 
New For 2006 - Judge Carbon BodyFollowing on from the monumental success of the 'Double Sole Technology', the 'C-Body' or Carbon Body woods have been introduced. The Carbon Body technology works very much on the same principle as Double Sole Technology, by moving weight as far back in the club head as possible. This has been achieved by attaching the lightweight Carbon Body to the face and then using a Steel weight plug on the back of the head. Not only does this give the woods more forgiveness on off-centre hits but it also provides a very high Moment Of Inertia (MOI), resulting in more accuracy and less club head twisting. |

IROD Graphite Shafts
